Tools Overview
The TaxEase tools directory lists 50 free tools across five categories, all running in your browser with no account required. Each tool has sensible default values, instant results, and Print / Download PDF export. The numbers are estimates for informational purposes only — not tax, legal, or financial advice.
Where each tool runs
37 of the 50 tools run inside TaxEase; the other 13 open on ZTools, a sibling site by the same developer that is likewise free and needs no account. The Tools directory in the app lists all 50 together and marks the ZTools ones, and the older in-app URLs of the migrated tools redirect to their ZTools pages, so existing links keep working.

How the calculators work
Each calculator is a simple form. Enter your values, press Calculate, and the results render immediately beside the inputs. Calculations use published U.S. rates and standard formulas (for example, the 2024 federal tax brackets and FICA rates) and run entirely client-side — your inputs are never sent to a server to compute a result.
How the document generators work
Document generators take a short form and produce a formatted, print-ready document you can export to PDF or print. They are templates to give you a strong starting point; have any legal document reviewed by a qualified attorney before use.
